I know it’s a little late in the season for this find but I’m sharing anyway in hopes you might be able to score a good deal on them for next year’s garden. (They do appear to be on sale as of this writing).
I bought several of these for two, different clients at the beginning of Summer and absolutely LOVE them. (So do our clients!) This is the Ellipse Hanging Planter from GrandIn Road. (see link below)

Per their website:

Simply hang your planter from the affixed top loop. At 3 ft. in diameter, it is made to support your fullest greenery. Crafted by hand from aluminum and given a protective, powdercoat finish.”
The planter is solid metal, sturdy and comes in both a dark bronze or copper-plated finish. The metal spikes provided, when driven into the ground, hold the hoop firmly in place. Note: It does NOT come with hanging baskets! I recommend using a nicer (metal) hanging basket lined with coconut husk. As you can see from the one we installed in our client’s yard below, the eye-catching and beautiful look these create is worth the extra effort and expense!
