I’m Jeff Rice, Owner and Chief Creative at Decor Designs where we believe everyone deserves a beautiful home! Thanks for considering us for your decorating and staging needs. Offering a wide variety of solutions to solve most decorating dilemmas, the team at Decor Designs, Inc. can help you create your own amazing spaces! No matter how big or small your project might be, we’ll customize a plan that fits your need, style and budget.
Whether decorating, redesigning or staging your space, we specialize in repurposing and reusing as many existing elements as possible. Using things in ways you may never have considered gives them new life and keeps them out of landfills. While eco-friendly design is great for our planet, it’s also great for your budget.

With over 30 years of customer service and decorating experience, my other accomplishments include:
- I trained with the Staging & Redesign Academy completing Certifications in Redesign, Real Estate Staging & Color Specification.
- I served as Executive Member & Administrator for The Greater Chicagoland Decorators Coalition.
- I have a Certification in “Green” Interior Design from and have been a guest presenter at Chicago’s Center for Green Technology.
- I am a NINE time recipient of the Best of Houzz “Service” Award.
- My work has been featured in the Northwest Herald’s video series Restyle with Jeff & Judy as well as in From House to Home and Chicago Home Improvement magazines.
- I am an author and administrator for the The Decorating Voice Facebook page and am currently working on a new decorating advice blog.
- I sponsor a special community outreach program called “Healing Touches by Décor Designs™” where deserving individuals affected by chronic, life-threatening illnesses are selected to receive pro-bono interior redesign and decorating services.
