So, I found these fun wrought iron and rope mirrors at my local “HomeGoods Away from Home” and knew they’d look fantabulous in one of my client’s hallways. Rather than hang them from the back as they were designed, I really wanted to hang them from the ropes
After pondering finials, tiebacks and regular hooks which just seemed predictable, I settled on a more “out of the box” solution. I bought these spiral wrought iron cabinet knobs at the local Home Depot. I replaced the machine screws (provided) with the proper size of a combo machine/wood screw. Then, I installed wall anchors and securely screwed the knobs into the anchors creating the perfect “hooks” for my mirrored wall. Not too shabby if I say so myself.
